RIB Charters for You in The Solent and The Isle of Wight.

Portsmouth RIB Charter and Southampton RIB Charter was created from a passion and love for the water, and the journeys it can take you on. It has been a long time in the making, starting off as a dream the owner had as a child, and who has now been able to bring to life in his older(ish) years.

Let’s first talk about our leading skipper and owner of Portsmouth RIB Charter. Although born in the UK he maintains he is Greek! With Greek parents and strong family roots from Athens and the Aegean Islands his heart has always belonged to the sea. His ancestors and parents are heavily involved with shipping, being on board ships and surrounded by water was his first love. Every summer over the years have and continue to be spent in the water, on the water or by the water. This led to activities such as Scuba diving, snorkelling and countless boat trips. At every opportunity there will be a boat involved in one way or another.

All our skippers hold a Commercially Endorsed Advanced Powerboat Licence with all the relevant safety certificates including Sea Survival, First Aid and VHF use, which have been all certified by the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). Rest assured you are in safe hands, but if you have any queries then we will be happy to discuss these with you.

The main event is of course “Aquadiction” our Ribeye 785. It has a 250hp Mercury V8 Verado Outboard engine and can reach top speeds of up to 45 knots whilst having the style, quality, comfort and performance that the Ribeye brand is well known for. “Aquadiction” resides in Port Solent, Portsmouth. There is on site and local amenities as well as plenty of free parking. Don’t worry if this location is not convenient as we can also arrange other pick up points if preferred, for example Gunwharf Quays, Gospor, Ocean Village, Hythe Marina, Hamble Point Marina or most other marinas in The Isle of Wight and Solent area. The RIB is licensed to hold 11 people and we look forward to welcome you on board. If your party exceeds 10 panic not, we have our second Ribeye 785, "Aquaholic" which is based in Southampton.  We can arrange additional Ribeye 785’s for even larger groups for that uniformed look.

Portsmouth RIB Charter offers a journey to meet all your needs in and around The Solent and The Isle of Wight area. We enjoy creating tailor made trips as well as offer some most common requested trips from 2 hours to a full day on the water. Our RIB is the perfect way to create memories on the water for small or larger groups, on a stag or hen party, corporate events or just a family day out.
